  1. Delivery Areas :  We are offer nationwide shipping across all major cities and regions within Pakistan, we ensure your package reaches your doorstep safely.
  2. Delivery Time : For ready to ship products , orders are typically delivered within 3-4 working days. Additionally, we offer exclusive same day delivery services  for our customer based in Karachi.
  3. Shipping Charges : We offer a flat delivery rate of PKR 250 for all orders shipped  across Pakistan. However, all deliveries within Karachi are completely free of charge .
  4. Order Tracking : Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with your tracking details. You can use this information to monitor the progress of your delivery in real time.
  5. Delays: Optiluxpk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services,  severe weather conditions, or public holidays. We appreciate your patience and understanding whenever such unexpected disruptions occur.
